Coming soon: fiat deposits and withdrawals in USD, EUR and other popular currencies, and the premium plan TeleCard Boost. On the roadmap: an international Visa / Mastercard card with Apple Pay and Google Pay, TeleCard Travel. Merchants can earn up to 10% on every paid order; see the For merchants page. TeleCard works in Telegram, and iOS and Android apps are on the way.

TeleCard keeps the keys for you, so there's no seed phrase for you to write down or lose. You sign in with your Telegram account and open the wallet with your passcode, Face ID or fingerprint. Transfers are signed by a separate, isolated signing service, and reserves beyond day-to-day needs are kept in cold storage.

Yes: TeleCard works in Telegram, as a Mini App inside the bot @itelecard_bot, and your Telegram account is your sign-in, so there's nothing extra to install. iOS and Android apps are coming soon.

The app and the bot speak Russian today, and English is coming next. The app screens on this site are shown in English, so you'll know what each button does.

Open the transaction in your history and message support in the app or the bot @itelecard_bot: it's one conversation, and the transaction number and status help us answer faster. Support never asks for your PIN or login codes.

Check that the asset and network match and follow the status in your history: the deposit shows up as soon as the network sees it and becomes available after the confirmations. Still waiting? Message support with the transaction hash, and we'll track it down.

While an order is still looking for a merchant, you can cancel it and the reserved amount goes straight back to your balance. A completed payment can be disputed within 24 hours by default. The full procedure is in the refund policy.

By default a single QR payment can be from ₽10 to ₽300,000, up to ₽3,000,000 a month. The app shows your exact limits before you confirm. More on the Rates and limits page.

When you're in Russia, scan the SBP QR code in the app, check the ruble amount and the crypto total, then confirm. A verified P2P merchant picks up the order and pays the QR in rubles from their own bank account, and the result appears in your history. See how QR payment works.

No. You pay from your crypto balance in TeleCard, and the merchant pays the shop in rubles from their own bank account. All you need is Telegram and some crypto.

SBP, the Faster Payments System, is Russia's national instant bank-to-bank payment system. Shops, cafés and services in Russia show SBP QR codes at checkout. TeleCard reads those codes and settles the ruble payment through a verified merchant.

Apply from your profile in the app: personal details, a bank account, documents and a statement, collateral and a review. A merchant can earn up to 10% on every paid order, and the monthly total grows with the number and size of the orders you take. Terms, tiers and collateral are on the For merchants page.

Boost is a premium plan for your wallet, coming soon. It brings early access to new features (such as the Travel card), priority support, higher crypto withdrawal limits, a premium wallet look, a higher monthly QR payment limit, ruble withdrawals to a card and cashback up to 4% on QR payments in Russia.
