Your deposit details are in the app
Open the deposit screen, pick the asset and network, and the app shows the deposit details for exactly that pair: the deposit address, plus your memo on TON. Gram (GRAM) is the former Toncoin: the same coin on the TON network.

No seed phrase to lose

The network fee, before you confirm
When you withdraw, the app shows the network fee and the exact amount the recipient will get, before you confirm. The fee comes out of the withdrawal amount, so there are no surprises later. By default, withdrawals up to 1,000 USDT (equivalent) go out automatically, larger ones get an extra security check, and you can send up to 50,000 USDT a day.
Sending on TON? Include the memo
For Gram and for USDT on TON, your transfer is recognized by the comment (memo) shown in the app. Paste it into the comment field and your deposit is credited automatically. Forgot the memo? Message support with the transaction hash, and an operator will check it manually.
Money moves only
when you confirm.
Passcode and Face ID
Open the app with your passcode, Face ID or fingerprint; it locks itself after 5 minutes of inactivity. Payments and withdrawals ask you to confirm again.
Instant alerts
The bot tells you about a sign-in from a new device, a PIN change and a withdrawal to a new address.
A separate signing service
Keys never touch the app or its database: an isolated signing service with its own limits signs every transfer. Reserves beyond day-to-day needs are kept in cold storage.
