Rates and limits.
The total, up front.
Before a payment, TeleCard shows the rate, the final amount and how long the quote holds; before a withdrawal, the network fee and the exact amount that will arrive. Here is how it works, plus the default limits.
Locked rate, clear total
The amount to be debited is calculated at the rate of your transaction and shown on the confirmation screen, locked for 30 seconds while you decide.
Cashback on payments
Completed SBP QR payments earn cashback in USDT. You see the amount on the confirmation screen, and it lands on your balance once the order is completed.
Crypto withdrawals
The network fee for your network and the exact amount that will arrive are on the confirmation screen before you withdraw.
Limits and time frames
Default values; the app always shows the numbers that apply to you. A higher monthly limit is coming with TeleCard Boost, and the dispute procedure is in the refund policy.
| Parameter | Default | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Rate lock | 30 seconds | Your rate holds while you confirm; after that, the app simply shows a fresh quote. |
| Single payment | ₽10 — ₽300,000 | The bounds for one SBP QR order. |
| Monthly limit | ₽3,000,000 | Total payments per calendar month. |
| Finding a merchant | up to 3 minutes | While an order is looking for a merchant, you can cancel it and the reserved amount goes straight back to your balance. |
| Payment dispute | within 24 hours | You can dispute a completed payment within this period. |
Everything you need,
before you tap Confirm.
The app shows the recipient, the purchase amount in rubles, the asset and the amount to be debited, how long the quote holds and your cashback. If the quote expires, the app shows fresh terms to confirm.
