What the TeleCard wallet shows before you confirm: the rate of your transaction, the amount to be debited, how long the quote is valid, cashback and the network fee for withdrawals. How to check the total before and after paying.
The numbers that matter when you pay with crypto
The easiest way to compare terms is a single number: how much crypto is debited for the same price in rubles (₽, the Russian ruble). A rate from a chart online won't tell you, because every transaction gets its own quote. Here is what you see in TeleCard and how to check it.
Every figure in this article is a default value from the service settings. The app shows the terms that actually apply on the confirmation screen, before you press the button.
The rate of your transaction: a quote, not a chart price
The shop's ruble price has to be turned into crypto. For that the app builds a quote: the rate of your transaction and the final amount to be debited. Each transaction gets its own quote at the moment you pay, so the number worth comparing is the total for the same purchase.
The formula is straightforward: debit = ruble amount ÷ the rate of your transaction. The rate is locked for 30 seconds. If the time runs out, the app shows refreshed terms and you confirm them again.
Why a quote beats a chart price
A quote is built from live data at the moment you pay. If that data is momentarily out of date, the app waits for a fresh update instead of guessing, so you never pay on a stale rate.
That is why the rate in your quote isn't “the price on a chart”: it is a locked condition of one particular transaction, valid for exactly as long as the timer shows.
What you see at each step
| What | Where you see it | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Ruble amount | Confirmation screen | The purchase amount from the shop or the QR code |
| Rate of the transaction | Confirmation screen | Locked for 30 seconds |
| Amount to be debited | Confirmation screen | The total in the chosen asset; reserved on your balance once you confirm |
| Cashback | Confirmation screen and history | Credited in USDT after the order is completed |
| Crypto deposit | Address and network in the app | You pay the network fee in your own wallet or on your exchange |
| Crypto withdrawal | Confirmation screen | The network fee is calculated for the network and shown before you confirm |
How to read the confirmation screen
Before every payment, go through the screen from top to bottom:
- Check the recipient and the ruble amount: they should match the price of the purchase.
- Find the amount to be debited and the asset. That is the total, locked by the quote.
- Look at the quote timer. While it hasn't reached zero, the terms apply.
- If there is cashback, it has its own line: it arrives once the order is completed.
If the time has run out, don't confirm old terms from memory or from a screenshot: request a fresh quote and check it again.
Crypto withdrawals: what to know
Withdrawing crypto to an external address is a separate transaction. The network fee is calculated for the network and shown on the confirmation screen before you withdraw. It is deducted from the withdrawal amount, so the recipient receives the amount minus the fee.
| Asset and network | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| USDT · TRC20 | 1 USDT | 10 USDT |
| USDT · ERC20 | 5 USDT | 5 USDT |
| USDT · TON | 1 USDT | 2 USDT |
| BTC | 0.0001 BTC | 0.0002 BTC |
| ETH | 0.005 ETH | 0.002 ETH |
| Gram (TON) | 0.1 Gram | 0.5 Gram |
The network fee follows the cost of the network. By default, withdrawals up to 1,000 USDT (equivalent) go out automatically, larger ones get an extra security check, and the daily withdrawal limit is 50,000 USDT.
How to compare terms fairly
For a comparison to mean anything, put the same things side by side:
- Use the same ruble amount for the purchase.
- Look at the final debit in one asset, not at individual rates.
- Treat cashback as a separate line: it arrives later and doesn't reduce the debit now.
- Compare at the same moment in time, because the rate moves.
What matters is the final debit for the same purchase, not the headline rate.
What to do when the quote has expired
Request a fresh quote and check it again: the ruble price, the rate and the final debit. Different numbers aren't a mistake, they simply mean the previous lock has ended. Don't confirm old terms from memory or from a screenshot.
The timer covers the confirmation step; the merchant's payment and the status update follow after it. The stages are described in how to pay an SBP QR code with crypto.
How to check the total after you pay
Open the transaction's record in your history and compare the asset, the amount and the result with what you saw before confirming. Comparing the total with a chart price hours later makes little sense: the quote was locked at the time of the order.
- The ruble amount of the purchase.
- The rate of that particular transaction.
- The final debit in crypto.
- How long the quote was valid.
If you find a mismatch, note the transaction number and the time, attach screenshots and contact support. The full procedure is in how to verify a QR payment and contact support.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my total differ from what I calculate with the rate I see online?
Every transaction gets its own quote, set at the moment you pay and locked for 30 seconds. A chart shows the market in general; your quote shows the exact terms of your payment, and the total on the confirmation screen is what you pay.
What amount do I see before I confirm?
The final one: the ruble amount of the purchase, the asset and the amount to be debited, how long the quote is valid and the cashback. That is the amount that will be debited once you confirm.
How does TeleCard cashback work?
Completed SBP QR payments earn cashback in USDT. You see the amount on the confirmation screen, and it lands on your balance once the order is completed. The app always shows the current cashback terms.
Does cashback reduce the amount debited?
No. It arrives after the order is completed, so your balance has to cover the full amount when you pay.
Who pays the network fee for a withdrawal?
You do: it is deducted from the withdrawal amount, and the recipient gets the amount minus the fee. The totals are shown before you confirm.
