Security

Your wallet,
locked down.

Passcode and Face ID, instant alerts and a separate signing service guard your crypto. A few simple habits take care of the rest.

Passcode and Face ID

The app asks for your passcode, Face ID or fingerprint on every launch and after 5 minutes of inactivity. Guessing doesn't work: after 5 wrong attempts the passcode locks (for 15 minutes the first time, longer after that) and all sessions end. Payments and withdrawals ask you to confirm again.

Instant alerts

The bot messages you about a sign-in from a new device, a PIN change or a withdrawal to a new address, so nothing happens behind your back.

Addresses from the app

Your deposit address and memo always come from the app itself. Take them from there, not from forwarded messages or unfamiliar sites.

A status you can trust

Every transaction shows its real status in your history, from network confirmations to the final credit, so you always know where your money is.

Protecting your Telegram account

Keep your Telegram
account yours.

Turn on two-step verification

Use a separate Telegram password and review your active sessions.

Verify the source

The official bot is @itelecard_bot, and TeleCard opens right from it. Check the name: look-alike bots differ by a letter or two.

Never share secrets

Support never asks for your PIN or Telegram login codes. Anyone who does is not us.

How storage works

No seed phrase.
Nothing to lose.

TeleCard keeps the keys for you, so you never have to write down, hide or worry about a seed phrase. You sign in with Telegram and open the wallet with your passcode or Face ID. Keys never touch the app or its database: a separate, isolated signing service with its own limits signs every transfer, and reserves beyond day-to-day needs are kept in cold storage.
